I have been a Stephen Minister for over 20 years. Coming to Woolridge on our very first day the announcement was made that Woolridge was starting Stephen Ministry in this congregation. Well, God can speak clearly can''t he. We have established our core group of friends from the Stephen Ministry ministers. Wow, are we blessed. Now I just received a call that my husband, a Stephen Leader has been laid off. As many of the other Stehphen ministers we now need a patient ear that will stand next to us as we begin this journey in these unsteady times. I am so glad we can walk beside our brothers and sisters. I''m so glad I can witness to people in need by roll modeling Christs love. I would be heart broken if Stephen Ministry can not continue. As this church blossoms, as we feel it will, we feel that others will need just what this ministry offers as the message of Christ''s love is shared. I feel we will not only need Stephen Ministers, we will need more Stephen Ministers. This i
